If users do not agree, they must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
0.3 Versions and Language Precedence
These Terms may be made available in multiple languages or versions. In the event of inconsistencies, the version designated by the Group shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
The Group reserves the right to update or amend these Terms from time to time.

The Services include official informational websites, mobile applications, decentralized wallet software or features, blockchain mainnet and ecosystem portals, and related technical documentation or support content.
1.2 Nature of Software and Technical Services
The Services are technical and informational in nature, intended to provide software tools, interfaces, or informational content. The Group does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Services.
1.3 No Financial, Investment, or Securities Services
The Services do not constitute financial services, investment advice, securities offerings, asset management, custody services, or guarantees of returns. Users are solely responsible for evaluating risks and making their own decisions.
2. App and Software Use Conditions
2.1 App Download, Installation, and License
The Group grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the App and related software solely for their intended purposes.
Users shall not reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, rent, resell, modify, embed, or otherwise use the App beyond the scope expressly permitted.
2.2 Device, System, and Compatibility Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring their devices, operating systems, network environments, and configurations meet minimum requirements. The Group does not guarantee compatibility with all devices or system versions.
Issues arising from device limitations, updates, third-party conflicts, or network conditions are borne by users.
2.3 App Updates, Version Changes, and Termination
The Group may provide updates, patches, or version changes and may modify, suspend, or terminate App features as needed. Failure to install updates may affect functionality or security.
The Group is not liable for impacts arising from updates or termination.
2.4 App Store / Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
Users downloading the App via third-party platforms are subject to those platforms’ terms. The Group is not affiliated with, controlled by, or responsible for third-party platforms’ actions, reviews, payments, refunds, or disputes.
3. Non-Custodial Services
3.1 No Custody, Management, or Control of Assets
The App, wallet, and related features provided or referenced by the Group are decentralized and non-custodial in nature. The Group does not custody, manage, administer, or control users’ digital or on-chain assets in any manner.
3.2 No Access to Private Keys, Mnemonics, or Credentials
The Group does not collect, store, back up, transmit, recover, or access users’ private keys, mnemonic phrases, signing credentials, or any information enabling asset control. Users acknowledge that generation, storage, and protection of such credentials are solely their responsibility.
3.3 No Transaction Execution or Reversal
All blockchain transactions are initiated, signed, and broadcast by users through their own devices or local environments. The Group does not execute transactions on users’ behalf and cannot reverse, cancel, modify, or intervene in any submitted or confirmed on-chain transactions.
3.4 User Self-Management and Assumption of Risk
Users must independently manage their private keys, mnemonic phrases, device security, backups, and operational actions, and bear all consequences arising from errors, credential loss, device failures, third-party attacks, or other risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Group shall not be liable for any resulting losses or damages.
4. Blockchain Characteristics and Irreversibility
4.1 Decentralization and Technical Limitations
Users acknowledge that the Services operate on decentralized blockchain architectures relying on distributed network participants rather than centralized control by the Group.
As a result, the Group does not control and does not guarantee network performance, consensus outcomes, transaction confirmation times, or network stability.
4.2 Acknowledgement of Transaction Irreversibility
Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast and confirmed. The Group cannot reverse, modify, cancel, or recover any on-chain transactions under any circumstances.
4.3 Smart Contract and Network Risks
The use of blockchain networks and smart contracts involves risks including software bugs, vulnerabilities, attacks, network congestion, forks, protocol upgrades, and other unforeseen technical issues. Users assume all risks arising from such use.
5. User Obligations and Conduct Restrictions
5.1 Lawful Use Obligation
Users must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements and solely for lawful purposes.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
The Services must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including attempts to circumvent laws or regulations, distribute malicious code, conduct unauthorized access, or otherwise misuse the Services.
5.3 No Interference with System or Network Security
Users must not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the Services, blockchain networks, or related systems. The Group reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access in response to violations.
6. Accounts, Wallets, and Access Responsibilities
6.1 User Accounts and Identification Mechanisms
For certain features, users may be required to create accounts or use identification mechanisms such as wallet addresses, device identifiers, or other access methods.
The Group may determine whether account-related features are provided and does not guarantee that all Services require or include account functionality.
6.2 Device and Credential Security Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for securing their devices, private keys, mnemonic phrases, login information, authentication credentials, and access tools, including taking reasonable measures such as backups and encryption.
Any consequences arising from failure to safeguard such items shall be borne by the user.
6.3 Responsibility for Unauthorized Use
Unless otherwise expressly provided by applicable law, the Group shall not be liable for any actions or consequences arising from unauthorized use of users’ devices, accounts, or credentials.
Users must take immediate measures to mitigate risks upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized use.
15. Risk Disclosure
15.1 Blockchain Technology Risks
The use of blockchain technology involves inherent risks, including but not limited to system vulnerabilities, protocol flaws, consensus failures, network congestion, forks, or other unforeseen technical events.
The Group does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of blockchain networks or technologies.
15.2 User Operational Risks
Users bear full responsibility for risks arising from their own actions, including errors in operation, loss of credentials, device failures, or security lapses when managing wallets or conducting transactions.

The Group shall not be liable for any losses or consequences resulting from user error, misunderstanding of information, reliance on third-party content, or failure to follow security recommendations.
16.3 Limitation of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the Group’s total liability shall be limited to the amount, if any, actually paid by the user to the Group for the relevant Services.
17. Minors and Restricted Users
17.1 Age Restriction
The Services are not intended for use by minors. Individuals who have not reached the legal age of majority under applicable laws shall not use the Services or submit any Personal Data.
17.2 Responsibility for Use

19.1 Neutral International Position
This Privacy Policy is established under a neutral international position, adhering to generally accepted data protection principles and international best practices without reference to any single jurisdiction.
The Group will, where reasonably practicable, comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements but does not automatically submit to any specific jurisdiction by virtue of this Policy.
19.2 Precedence of Future Agreements
In the event that users enter into separate written agreements, terms of service, or other legally binding documents with the Group that conflict with this Privacy Policy, the provisions of such subsequent agreements shall prevail.
20. Contact Information and Final Legal Statement
20.1 Contact Information
For any inquiries regarding this Privacy Policy or personal data processing, users may contact the Group through the contact channels published on its official website.
All contact information, announcements, and service details shall be as set forth on the Group’s official website.
